Prior to joining Lansdowne International, Eva was a Director with Wellesley Partners having joined them in December 2005. Her areas of focus were within New Markets specifically Central and Eastern Europe.

 

Before joining Wellesley Partners, Eva had set up her own research consultancy providing a research service to executive search firms in the UK focusing on a range of industry sectors both internationally and in the UK for over 4 years.

 

Previously Eva worked for Heidrick & Struggles joining them in their Prague office, moving to the London office in November 2000 and was until December 2001 Senior Associate for the New Markets Practice. Here she specialised predominantly on international searches in the New Markets region covering Central and Eastern Europe as well as the Middle East.

 

Having graduated from University, Eva a British/Czech national began her research career as a Market Research Executive. Moving to Prague she joined MEMRB International as a Research Executive responsible for qualitative and quantitative market research for the Central and Eastern European region. Eva moved into Executive Search in 1997 joining Nicholson International as Head of Research focusing on executive search in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for multinational FMCG consumer organisations.

 

She is bilingual English Czech and speaks fluent French.
